Founded in April 2001 with registered capital of USD24,000,000, we are a joint venture company founded by 7 parties; with this group headed by the large-scale Beitai Iron & Steel (Group) Inc. 



Employing 200 staff members, of whom 90% are college graduates, these personnel are experienced in the fields of business management, machinery manufacturing, finance, foreign trade and real estate development. Comprised of 3 holding companies, a partly owned enterprise, over 10 subsidiaries, and 3 offices, our group is now engaged in the trading of iron ore, scrap steel, steel products and chemicals. Meanwhile, we are also involved in modern logistics and e-business, and are working to set up offshore production bases.
